Vector ElectroMagnetics, LLC (Vector) is a small business located in Wilmington, Ohio. Vector has expertise in the design, development and manufacture of High Power Microwave Antenna Systems, Advanced Apertures and Radomes and Multi-Functional Advanced Composite Materials and Structures.

Vector co-founders, Dr. English and Mr. Barber, previously worked for Mission Research Corporation (MRC) in Dayton, OH which was acquired by ATK in 2004 (now Northrop Grumman). Dr. English and Mr. Barber, left the large business atmosphere in 2010 to re-establish a technology development focused small business, ultimately leading to the establishment of Vector. Vector maintains a strong working relationship with various government prime contractors, such as Raytheon Technologies and Northrop Grumman, as technology development and transition partners.

Vector personnel have supported (as chief engineers, scientists and managers) a multitude of Advanced Development Programs over the past 30+ years, many of which transitioned to Full Scale Development (FSD) and ultimately Full Rate Production (FRP). These programs have spanned many DOD services (Air Force, Navy, Army and SOCOM) and many different types of platforms (aircraft, missiles, ships, boats, ground vehicles, etc.).
